Oregon Coast Insider Photo Tour 2023 w/ Zack Schnepf

The coast is at its most dramatic during changing weather so be prepared to meet mother nature on this workshop. Zack knows the area intimately. Nature photography is all about reading light and adjusting to conditions. We will adjust the program to give you the best opportunities for photos. We may do astro, night sky photography and light painting if conditions are favorable. We will switch locations and subjects at will. Dining will be scheduled around the best photo times. Sometimes takeout will be our only option.

Photo Workshop at Crater Lake NP 2023

Oregon's Crater Lake National Park is a sight to behold. Just seeing it during the day is a once in a lifetime experience. Due to its remote location, Crater Lake is as a perfect landscape photography location. Capturing sunrise and sunset along the crater rim while learning from a master photographer will be a fantastic photography workshop. We also have the option to do night sky photography to capture the Milky Way from the rim of the crater.

Producing Better Prints Workshop w/ Adrian Klein
November 4th and 5th Price: $599
This indoor class on location at HD Aluminum Prints will focus on all aspects to produce a fantastic print, including taking home a 20x30 aluminum print of your own work.
Printing can be challenging, confusing, and intimidating and good printing information can be hard to find. In this workshop we will demonstrate and share the most important elements of printing without getting bogged down in overly technical details. We will demonstrate and guide you through the entire printing workflow, ending with a finished aluminum print. In addition to presentations, we will be leading hands on classroom sessions, guiding you through the process of preparing and optimizing an image to be printed on aluminum.

Private Photo Tours
I offer one on one and small group guided photo tours when my schedule allows. I've been leading photo workshops and tours for over 10 years. Come join me here on the high desert of Oregon, or a location your choosing. The cost of a private booking is $600 per day for the first person and additional $100 per person after that (limit 4 people). Any travel expenses, if applicable are factored in advance. Private Photoshop Sessions (online, or in person)
Private online Photoshop workshops are a fantastic way to learn photoshop remotely from the comfort of your own home. I've been teaching Photoshop for over 15 years, I always dreamed of being able to teach remotely like this and now technology allows me to do just that. I'm currently using two technologies to allow me to give the best possible experience. I use Skype for online video chat sessions, I'm able to share my screen, allowing students to see what I'm doing in Photoshop. I also make screenshot recordings of the entire session which are available for download after the session. This allows students to interact with me one on one, and also have an archived high quality video file to study after the session.
I teach students of all ability levels, from beginners to professional photographers. Whether you'd like to learn the basics, or master advanced photoshop techniques, I can help you.
Recommended items: I recommend having a mic, either a built in mic or external mic. This makes the online chat experience much more fulfilling. A fast broadband connection is also required, the video quality of the session depends on your bandwidth.
Price: $99 per hour
